ALPHA GYM Membership Terms and Conditions:

ALPHA FITNESS GYM

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your subscription. Completing the registration and payment processes, along with providing electronic consent to these terms, constitutes acceptance of and commitment to abide by them, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Membership Activation and Commencement

Membership commences on the date specified at the time of registration or purchase. It is considered active from that date, granting the member the right to use the services and facilities included in their specific membership type.

2. Personal Nature of Membership

Membership is personal to the registered member; it may not be shared, lent, or used by any other person.

The use of the member's login credentials, QR code, membership number, or any other access method by another person is strictly prohibited.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership upon proof of misuse, subject to the nature of the violation and applicable regulations.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

In accordance with the Club’s policy, a member may request membership cancellation on the same day of registration.

If a cancellation request is made the day following registration, a cancellation fee of SAR 200, as determined by the Club, shall apply.

Thereafter, the membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable, in accordance with the Club’s policy.

4. Refund Processing Time

In cases where a member is entitled to a refund, the amount due will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing takes between 7 and 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the procedures of the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider. 5. Rejected or Incomplete Payments

If a payment appears as rejected or incomplete in the Club’s systems—despite the amount being debited or placed on hold in the customer's account—the transaction is not considered successful unless the payment system confirms successful receipt.

In such cases, the customer must contact the card-issuing bank or payment service provider to verify the transaction status and the timeframe for releasing the hold or refunding the amount.

The Club bears no responsibility for the time required by the bank or payment service provider to release funds held due to rejected or incomplete transactions, unless it is proven that the Club actually received the funds.

6. Membership Transfer

The remaining term of a membership may be transferred to another subscriber for a transfer fee of SAR 200, provided that the remaining subscription period is at least 60 days.

Memberships or offers designated as non-transferable or non-assignable at the time of purchase cannot be transferred.

7. Membership Freeze

The freeze allowance is determined by the subscription duration as follows:

Annual subscription: 30 days.

6-month subscription: 20 days.

3-month subscription: 10 days.

The minimum duration for a single freeze period is 10 days.

Subscribers are not entitled to claim additional compensation after exhausting their membership's freeze allowance, unless the system or Club policy dictates otherwise.

8. Founding and Promotional Offers

Subscriptions purchased under founding or promotional offers are subject to the terms announced at the time of purchase.

Founding offers are non-transferable and non-assignable, and they do not include a freeze allowance, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. 9. Unused Days

The Member is not entitled to claim a refund, extension, or compensation for days they choose not to attend or use the Club, provided their membership remains active and the core service is available to them, subject to applicable membership freeze policies and statutory rights.

10. Club or Facility Closure and Maintenance

The Club reserves the right to conduct maintenance, repairs, or upgrades, and to temporarily close specific equipment or facilities whenever necessary for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.

The temporary unavailability of a single piece of equipment or a secondary facility is not considered a total service interruption, provided the Club’s core service remains available.

In the event of a full Club closure or an inability to provide the core service for a period warranting compensation, the membership term or refund request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Emergency Circumstances and Force Majeure

Operating hours or services may be affected by circumstances beyond the Club’s control, including official directives, utility outages, disasters, emergencies, or safety requirements.

The impact of such situations on membership will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, taking into account the nature and duration of the service interruption.

12. Machines, Equipment, and Weights

The Member is required to use exercise machines and equipment for their intended purpose and to adhere to safety instructions and the guidance of Club staff.

The Member must also return weights and equipment to their designated locations after use.

The Member shall be liable for the cost of actual damage resulting from the intentional destruction or misuse of Club property, in accordance with applicable regulations. 13. Health and Safety

The Member acknowledges that engaging in sports and physical activities may inherently involve risks and the potential for injury.

The Member undertakes to ensure their health condition is suitable for sports activity, to inform Club staff of any health condition or injury requiring special precautions, to cease activity if symptoms warrant doing so, and to seek medical advice when necessary.

The Member bears responsibility for any damages resulting from a violation of safety instructions or the intentional misuse of equipment and facilities; this is without prejudice to any liability incumbent upon the Club under applicable regulations.

14. Lockers and Personal Property

The Member is responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while at the Club.

Lockers must be emptied of all belongings after use, and personal property must not be left inside them.

The Club’s liability regarding the loss of or damage to property is subject to applicable regulations; the provision of lockers does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Club to safeguard the Member's personal property.

15. Conduct within the Club

The Member undertakes to observe public decency and to respect staff, other members, and...
