Train Hard, Eat Right… Keep It Simple.

Train Hard, Eat Right… Keep It Simple! 💪🥗
Let’s agree on one thing from the start:
If you’re training hard but your diet is all over the place, you’re making the journey harder than it needs to be.
Training is important, but your body also needs proper nutrition to recover, build muscle, and maintain your energy throughout the day.
And here’s the good news: healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or boring.
DON’T DEPRIVE YOURSELF… ORGANIZE YOUR DIET
One of the biggest mistakes you can make is starting an extremely restrictive diet that you can’t maintain.
Instead of saying:
“No rice, no bread, no desserts!”
Keep it simple. Balance your meals and focus on consistency.
Try to include the following in your meals:
• A source of protein such as chicken, meat, fish, or eggs.
• Carbohydrates such as rice, potatoes, oats, or bread.
• Vegetables or fruits.
• A source of healthy fats in appropriate amounts.
PROTEIN IS YOUR FRIEND ON YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY
If your goal is to build or maintain muscle, protein is an essential part of your diet.
But that doesn’t mean you have to live on chicken breast and protein shakes 😅
Mix up your protein sources and try to get most of your needs from food whenever possible. Use supplements only when needed.
DON’T BE AFRAID OF CARBOHYDRATES 🍚
Carbohydrates are not your enemy.
In fact, they’re one of your body’s main sources of energy, especially if you’re lifting weights or doing high-intensity workouts.
The problem usually isn’t the rice or bread itself. It’s the portion sizes and your total food intake throughout the day.
AND WATER? DON’T FORGET IT 💧
Sometimes we focus so much on protein and supplements that we forget one of the simplest things: water.
Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day, and pay extra attention to your fluid intake when training and sweating, especially in hot weather.
WHAT ABOUT DESSERTS AND CHEAT MEALS? 🍔
It’s completely fine to enjoy your food.
Your entire life doesn’t have to be chicken, rice, and salad.
If most of your food choices are good and support your goals, enjoying a meal you love from time to time doesn’t mean you’ve ruined all your progress.
The problem isn’t one meal…
The problem is when that one meal turns into an entire week 😄
IN THE END
Don’t look for the “perfect” diet that you follow for one week and then quit.
Find a way of eating that fits your lifestyle and that you can maintain for months and years.
Train smart, eat a balanced diet, sleep well, and stay consistent.
Because real results don’t come from one perfect day…
They come from simple habits you repeat every day.
